Nails: Laura Paige Magnetic Polish "Black"

I found this nail polish while browsing the make up stands in my local chemist. I actually bought a couple of bottles because they were only £2.99 and included a loose magnet. Laura Paige isn't a brand I've really explored, but this polish seems nice enough.

This is a rather thick polish, I always think magnetic polishes would work a little better if they weren't so thick. Maybe it's just how they end up with the magnetic part. The effect is rather subtle, but the star showed on 9 of my nails (there always seems to be one that just doesn't quite work for me!). The colour is a slightly metallic deep charcoal so this would look rather nice without the magnetic patter. It does dry quite dull so a top coat definitely helps.
