I was going to wait until the weekend to post this, but I couldn't wait!
I want to introduce my new series: Beauty Blog Of The Week! Every week, on a Friday evening, I will be posting a beauty blog for you to have a look at (and hopefully love and follow).
The idea first began to form a while ago after yet some more beauty blog related ugliness. Another vitriol filled "beauty blog" spewing hate about me and other bloggers. Seriously, if someone has that much energy to produce so much hate then there's something wrong.
Beauty Blogging shouldn't be about being better than anyone else by putting people down. We should be celebrating blogging and the blogging community! There are some awesome blogs out there that don't get enough traffic or followers.
This weekly post is just my little way of giving back to the Beauty Blogging community. I've been doing YouTube for almost 4 years and my blog for almost 3. I'm only at the stage I am due to people following and reading my blog and subscribing and watching my videos. So this is my way of celebrating the blogging community and saying "thank you" to everyone out there who has been there when I post stuff on the internet.
I will be creating a page tab at the top of the blog to keep a list of all the past Beauty Blogs Of The Week so you can check them all out there.

I think its kind of ridiculous that people can be that hateful. I blog because I love it and I love make up. But I'm very new at it.

This is great initiative Becky!! glad to see senior prolific bloggers showcasing newer talents. Its very sad to see how some people go to great extent to spew venom in blogosphere, I just wish they'd put that energy into something more constructive.

I really don't know why people waste their time hating on people, if you don't like it go find something else on the internet; no one is forcing them to read/view ur stuff. Although personally I can't see why anyone wouldn't want to - I love your blog and vids!
