Haul: Aromaleigh Samples

As The She Space has now shut down, I wanted to find a new mineral company that would satisfy my longing for pigments that were a little bit different. While I know Aromaleigh is not a new company, it isn't one I had ordered from before.

Lots of gorgeous pictures and swatches of a new collection (called Victoria's Revenge) began appearing on the blogs so I thought it was the perfect way to investigate Aromaleigh. I ordered the full sample set for $25.00 and found an offer on the site where I could get an extra 3 free samples. Shipping for the samples to the UK was $5.00.



My samples arrived today, just over a week after ordering, wrapped up in a little pink parcel. Very sweet touch, I thought, even though I had only ordered samples. I'm very impressed with the speedy shipping time.



The pile on the left is the full set of Victoria's Revenge, and the 3 on the right are my extras. I absolutely need a full sized jar of "Hoity Toity" in my life, the colour is just gorgeous. I've also picked out a couple of Victoria's Revenge that I think I'll buy full sizes of.

The pigments are incredibly complex and beautiful! There's a lot of pigmentation packed into these as well. I'm getting impatient for my Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy, which will apparently show these pigments to their full beauty.

The samples are exactly that. Just enough for you to get a few uses out of so you can decide if you like the colour enough. And with the speedy shipping, I can order samples of new collections before deciding on whether or not I want any full sized jars before the collection vanishes (unlike some others that I won't mention, sheesh).

So, as I announced on Twitter, I am a new convert to Aromaleigh!
